1. Cylinder gasket installation

Pay attention to the difference in materials: cast iron cylinder head should be installed in hot car to enhance the sealing by using thermal expansion; aluminum alloy cylinder head should be installed in cold car to prevent loosening after cooling.
3. Piston and connecting rod assembly installation
Measure the clearance between the piston and the cylinder wall, and the clearance between the connecting rod bearing and the crankshaft journal before installation to ensure that it is within the specified range.
Piston ring installation should pay attention to the opening direction, each ring opening should be staggered 120 ° -180 °, to avoid gas leakage.
The connecting rod bolts must be tightened according to the specified torque and equipped with anti-loosening devices to prevent major failures caused by vibration loosening during operation.
4. Crankshaft Installation
After putting the crankshaft into the main bearing seat of the body, check the amount of axial runout, if it exceeds the standard, replace the thrust shims to adjust.
When installing the main bearing cover, it should be aligned according to the number and fastened symmetrically from the center to both ends, and at the same time rotate the crankshaft to detect whether there is any stagnation phenomenon and make sure that it rotates smoothly without abnormal resistance.
5. Injector Installation
Before installation, clean the injector hole, apply a little oil on the sealing ring to enhance the sealing, and tighten the fixing bolts according to the specified torque.
After installation, check whether the injection angle meets the requirement, the angle deviation will lead to poor fuel atomization and affect the combustion efficiency.
6. Overall check
After all parts are installed, turn the crankshaft to see if the parts are running flexibly.
